Great coffee, roasted on-site, in a very handy spot close to Sutherland railway station, south of Sydney. Fantastic pistachio biscuits, too.
The review of this coffee shop in Sutherland is designed to fit in with our current tour of New South Wales outdoor swimming pools. There’s no book planned for now but a new website http://oceanpoolsnsw.net.au. So for now take a look at our earlier books…
Visit our books page to see all our books in more detail. You will find a description of each book, Fancy a Cuppa?, Fancy a Cuppa, USA?, Fancy a Cuppa by the Cathedral?, Fancy a Cuppa North Yorkshire?, and then links to buy.
This is one of my favourite coffee shops for the quality of its coffee. Roasted in-house, they know what they’re doing and they have house blends or single origins on offer every day. They did warn me also that if I ate one of the chewy pistachio biscuits, I wouldn’t resist having a second one, and they were right. This is a great stop-off either on the road if you are anywhere near Sutherland, or switching trains at Sutherland station.

Easy to find and if you have even 20 minutes to spare waiting for a train connection at Sutherland station, you can nip down Flora Street (opposite the station looking east) and collect a coffee. Watch out for opening times, though.
