Not only best coffee in Northbridge, but a candidate for best coffee north of Sydney harbour. Really friendly vibe in this unpretentious coffee shop, with lots of choice for those on a paleo diet.
The review of this coffee shop in Northbridge is designed to fit in with our current tour of New South Wales outdoor swimming pools and this coffee shop was great for a post swim coffee after a dip in Northbridge Baths. There’s no book planned for now but a new website http://oceanpoolsnsw.net.au. So for now take a look at our earlier books…

Best coffee I’ve drunk for a few weeks. They use the increasingly popular Gabriel Coffee Roasters at Ritual and there were single origins available as well as the house blend. You had a good range of options for how to take your coffee, too, with cold drip and filter as well as the usual espresso choices. My flat white in the Ritual blend was so good that I stayed for another and didn’t even switch to the single origin.
There is an interesting touch to the food menu, too. Even among the cakes on offer, there are options for those on a paleo diet, with a pretty nice looking muffin and some moist cake on offer. I was feeling particularly unhealthy, though, and opted this time for a straight banana bread to munch on with my coffee.

It’s a bit of a walk from Northbridge Baths to get to Ritual Coffee Traders, but for a post swim coffee, this place is worth the hike. If you’re in the car or on public transport, it’s pretty central to Northbridge, with buses to the Sydney CBD stopping right outside and just around the corner on the road heading down to the North Bridge!
